Shehan has over 14 years’ experience in M&A, deal structuring, corporate strategy, buy side research, sell side research, commodity trading, and portfolio management. Shehan has spearheaded LOLC Group’s global expansion since 2017 by strategizing the entry to new markets. Shehan has M&A experience in numerous emerging market jurisdictions, including Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ghana, DR Congo, Mozambique, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Russia, and Brazil. Shehan’s expertise lies in strategy alignment, deal sourcing, commercial negotiations, due diligence, legal negotiations, regulatory clearance, transaction completion and corporate structuring. Shehan serves as the chairman for LOLC Kenya Microfinance Bank (Kenya) and Rfinance Limited (Kazhakstan). He also serves on the boards of LOLC Mauritius Holdings Limited, UrumayaResources Limited (Zimbabwe), Colombo Marina International Limited, and Marina Hotel Limited.  Prior to joining LOLC Group’s strategy team, Shehan headed the research division of LOLC Securities (stock brokering company) and group’s investment advisory firm, LOLC Capital One Limited.  Prior to joining LOLC Group he worked at Expolanka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka (part of Sagawa Express -Japan) managing gold trading and equity portfolio. He also advised the company on listing in Colombo Stock Exchange.  Shehan is a renowned equity analyst in Sri Lanka, featuring in media and public forums in Sri Lanka related to capital markets. Shehan’s research won the Gold for Best Equity Research Report at CFA Capital Market Awards in 2015. 

Rohana has 29 years’ experience in Capital Markets & Advisory. He started his career from Asha Philip Securities (Pvt)Ltd as a Floor Broker. In 2007 He joined Ceylinco Stock Brokers (Pvt)Ltd & He has held the position of Assistant General Manager. He joined LOLC Securities in 2011 & Presently functions as the Chief Operating Officer. Rohana holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies & Diploma in Management from Open University of Sri Lanka. He is a Registered Investment Advisor by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka & Holds International Capital Market Qualification (ICMQ-UK).

Fazeen Asmone is a Stock Market Expert with more than 32 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and worked in many reputed stock brokering firms such as Asha Phillip, SMB Securities, Amana Securities and LOLC Securities.

He has also served as the Compliance Officer In addition to Head of IT at SMB Securities and Amana Securities. Also, as the Chief Operating Officer of OpenArc Global Solution and Vice President Stock Market Solutions of IronOne Technologies. He has experience in Software Development, Marketing and Project Management in different fields such as HR, Treasury, Call Centre, ERP and Industries such as Banking & Finance.

Also, he was a member of the Broker Back Office & OMS selection committee of the Colombo Stock Exchange.

Lushika has extensive experience in investment management, fund operations and compliance within the financial services sector, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM),
BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Northumbria University (UK), professional qualifications in Human Resource Management from the (CIPM) Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Sri Lanka and an LLB (Hons) UK from Buckinghamshire New University.
 
Prior to her appointment at LOLC Securities Limited, Ms. Edirisinghe served as the Associate Vice President – Compliance at Senfin Securities Limited, Senior Manager – Operations (Unit Trust Division) at LYNEAR Wealth Management (Pvt) Ltd and at Softlogic Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd, where she managed fund administration, compliance, risk assessment and regulatory reporting. She also served as an Investment Specialist at JB Financial (Pvt) Ltd, where she played a key role in business development and investment strategy, successfully acquiring new business. Lushika has expertise in client service, transaction monitoring and operational risk management through various roles in the Asset Management industry during her career.

Ruvini is an experienced equity research analyst with over a decade of exposure to both local and international capital markets. She holds a B.Sc. Finance Special degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, providing her with a strong foundation in financial analysis and research.

She joined LOLC Securities in 2024 and currently leads the research team. Ruvini possesses deep insights and expertise in the Sri Lankan economy and capital markets.

Ruvini began her career as a finance intern at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in 2013. After completing the internship, she joined Capital Trust Securities Private Limited in 2014 as a Junior Research Analyst, driven by her passion for equity research and capital markets. She was responsible for conducting both economic and company research. Subsequently, Ruvini joined SC Securities Private Limited in 2019 as a Senior Research Analyst, where she played a key role in establishing the newly formed research division. She was responsible for initiating new research products and training the junior analysts. Her expertise and leadership led to her promotion to Assistant Manager Research, where she contributed to the firm for more than four years. In 2023, Ruvini gained exposure to overseas capital markets when she joined Acuity Knowledge Partners as a Delivery Manager, working as an offshore analyst for a USA-based sell-side equity research firm for a brief period.
